Many had asked if Bonne Santé is making a return this xmas. Yup, it is… with a twist this year!

Bonne Santé 2.0 comes with 3 layers of surprises:

Layer 1: 80% dark chocolate made with cocoa that had been soaked in Bénédictine D.O.M for close to 29 months before drying and stonegrinding >30hours with cocoa butter and coconut sugar, and ageing for few weeks. The result is a dark chocolate that tastes of plum, honey and molasses * insert heart eye emojis here*

Layer 2: Chewy red dates (rich in iron) + crunchy cocoa nibs (rich in antioxidants) for extra bite and texture

Layer 3: my CLASSICO 80% dark chocolate that tastes of wine, raisin, red fruits

PS, if you’re concerned about alcohol level, all alcohol content would have evaporated during the drying and stonegrinding processes. What’s left is the beautiful flavour of the herbs and spices used in the herbal liqueur.
