I love Tie Guan Yin tea! Tie Guan Yin milk tea will be my ideal bubble tea choice if I ever drink one. Because I don’t, I decided to make it into chocolate!

This “TIE GUAN YIN MILK TEA” does not contain any milk/ dairy. Organic gluten free oats were used to replace milk. It is made by stonegrinding Tie Guan Yin tea leaves and oats with sustainably sourced cocoa from West Africa, cocoa butter and a minimal amount of low GI organic coconut sugar for over 20 hours until perfectly combined and silky smooth. Then, it is aged for a week for further flavor development before sifting and tempering to make into chocolate.

It has a subtle smell of oat milk and it first tastes of oat before the unique toasty taste of Tie Guan Yin starts to emerge gradually. mmm yums!!

Did you know that Tie Guan Yin has heaps of health benefits which include detox, clearing internal heat, anti-aging, relaxation, etc. Both Tie Guan Yin and oats are said to help soothe skin problems such as eczema. Awesome!! :)
