* Drums roll * This Christmas, we are excited to bring you an all-natural mint dark chocolate! If you’re worried that it tastes like toothpaste, nope it doesn’t because instead of the usual artificial peppermint flavouring or essential oil, we grind R E A L mint leaves with our cocoa for more than 20 hours and aged it for an additional day for the flavours to develop further. The mint taste builds up gradually as it melts on your tongue and lingers on in your mouth without being overpowering. Pro tip: drink a sip of water after eating it and enjoy the cooling minty sensation that trickles down your throat! :)

Apart from being a christmas-y flavour, did you know that mint is also a TCM herb? Mint promotes the circulation of qi (energy), improving liver and lung health. Being a yin herb, it helps to dispel inner heat, remove toxins and relieve cold.
